Good-bye Lavafilter

This project was originally built by us in 2010 as a pond with a lava filter. Due to ongoing problems with filamentous algae and low plant growth, for which we could not provide a solution with the lava system, the pond was converted into a Biotop Swimming Pond in 2018. The plant filter was enlarged, which increased the diversity of aquatic plants enormously. Additional seating was created around the Swimming Pond so that our customers can now enjoy the garden and Swimming Pond even more. Biotop’s technical components have been integrated into the surrounding green areas in the garden.
