Swimming Pond at DAS SALZBERG

The Swimming Pond at the project “Das Salzberg” was planned and built as a pond for the guests. In addition to being used in the summer, it is also used in the autumn and winter as a sauna pond for cooling off. The Swimming Pond is the centre of the complex and can be seen and used from each of the four apartments. The swimming area is 11x5 metres, so two guests can swim abreast. To allow more guests to linger by the pond, there is a large wooden terrace around the sauna as well as a small wooden terrace that “floats” above the regeneration zone.
